Building an Uncommon Organization
Performance Coaching
This twelve (or six) month one-on-one goal-based coaching experience is designed for business owners, CEOs and top-level leaders. You will work with one of our Uncommon Coaches to create a strategic plan for improving performance and growing your organization through:
Monthly Strategic Coaching Sessions
- Two 50-minute one-on-one coaching sessions per month by phone or Zoom
Resources and Tools
- Tools and resources to support the coaching process and continued growth
Hotline Access
- Ability to contact your Uncommon Coach in between scheduled sessions to talk through any immediate challenges
Individual Behavioral Assessment
- One individual DISC Personality and Communication Assessment included
Onsite Visits and Live Team Coaching
Full-day deep dive organizational onsite visit with an Uncommon Coach
Agenda to be determined by agreement and may include:
- Owner eye walk / Restaurant tour with leaders
- Lunch with leaders
- Interactive team coaching sessions or topical workshops
- Activities and development resources designed to aid your leaders as they continue their growth and development process
Feedback, strategic takeaways and action plan
Focus Five Cohorts

Our Raise the Bar program is designed to be a transformative experience, where we will help you gain an overall view of your organization through assessment and evaluation, equip your leaders for positive change and help you grow to what’s next. This offering includes:

Mystery Shop Visit(s)
