Dianne's favorite leadership quote
“Leaders develop daily, not in a day.” – John C. Maxwell
Dianne has always had a passion for helping others and is inspired by every opportunity she has to merge her passions with her work.
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University in 1999, she began working as a GAP supervisor of at-risk youth through York County Juvenile Services. She then transitioned into her longtime career as a Litigation Paralegal in the field of personal injury law for a combined 17 years, where she managed hundreds of cases for seriously injured clients.
In 2016, Dianne discovered her passion for personal growth and development and began wellness coaching and teaching in small group settings and speaking engagements. In 2019, she joined the LeadersElevate team to provide direct administrative support and oversight of client communication, while simultaneously working with Kevin Harrison to provide support on various leadership development projects.
She is now part of the core UI Team where she combines her strong administrative skill set with her commitment to continued personal growth and leadership development. Dianne works closely with the team to bring the Uncommon vision to life through content development and ongoing support.
Dianne has also previously served as a mentor for women through a local nonprofit organization, and in women’s ministry leadership where she regularly led small groups, in-person and virtually, and organized events. She is passionate about seeing women overcome obstacles and reach their next level of personal growth and development.
