Pruning Has Purpose!

Dear Uncommon Leaders,

As we continue pressing ahead in the last few weeks of Spring, I want to encourage you to also keep making room for new things.

Hope you are looking forward to another great week ahead! Remember to make it uncommon!

Your Sunday Nugget

This Week's Question:

What needs to be pruned from your life?

This Week's Challenge:

Pruning has a purpose. It makes room for new life and allows life and energy to be better directed. When there are weak or dying branches on a tree, they steal life from the healthy branches. Whether it is that shirt in the closet you never wear, a toxic relationship or a commitment that isn’t helping you reach your goals, pruning can give you a boost. This week, make a decision to prune something in your life that can free you up and help you better pursue your goals in this season.

This Week's Quote to Ponder:

“Everything has seasons, and we have to be able to recognize when something’s time has passed and be able to move into the next season. Everything that is alive requires pruning as well which is a great metaphor for endings.” - Henry Cloud

Until next week,

LET'S GO BE UNCOMMON!
