What's In Your Rearview?
Dear Uncommon Leaders,
We have officially entered the final month of 2023! As we wind down the year, commit to finishing strong!
Have an uncommon week!
Your Sunday Nugget
This Week's Question:
When you review 2023, what went well in your development and in your organization? What didn’t go as well as you would’ve hoped?
This Week's Challenge:
When we drive a car, we have one windshield and one rearview mirror. Both have useful purposes. The purpose of the rearview is to glance and get inputs of what is behind us so we can be safer and make adjustments as necessary. It’s always dangerous to stare in the rearview, but it’s helpful to glance at it to learn.
Your challenge this week is to take a couple of minutes to review the year. Write down what went well and what didn’t.
Next week, we’ll discuss the windshield and looking forward into 2024.
Hope you all had a terrific Thanksgiving!
This Week's Quote to Ponder:
“Reflective thinking turns experience into insight.” -John C. Maxwell
