Candice Sparks

Candice Sparks was born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Springfield, Virginia. In 2007, she moved to the Hampton Roads area to attend Old Dominion University—fully convinced it was just a stop along the way. But after meeting her husband Ryan, she made the region her home and never looked back.

Candice earned her B.S. in Human Services from ODU, followed by a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. While she originally began pursuing licensure in the counseling field, an unexpected opportunity in real estate shifted her path. What was meant to be a short-term detour turned into a 14-year career in the real estate and mortgage industry.

Today, Candice brings that same dedication and people-first mindset to her work at Uncommon Influence, where she continues to champion growth, authenticity, and purpose in everything she does.

Married for nearly 16 years, Candice is a proud wife to Ryan and mom to two beautiful daughters. Her life and leadership are guided by her faith and a deep commitment to honesty, sincerity, and integrity. She believes in valuing others, recognizing their unique strengths, and empowering them to thrive in every area of life.
