Pacing Yourself to Finish and to Win
Welcome back, Uncommon Leaders!
I hope today’s Sunday Nugget encourages you as you keep working towards your goals. Make the most of your week and make it uncommon!
Your Sunday Nugget
This Week's Question:
How well do you set your pace to achieve your goals?
This Week's Challenge:
In life and in leadership, pacing ourselves is crucial. Imagine both a gas pedal and a brake pedal. Sometimes we need to step on the gas to achieve our goals or to get to the next level. Sometimes we need to use the brake to slow down a bit so we don’t crash. There's a time for both. This week, think about areas of your life you may need to step on the gas and areas where you might need to pump the brakes to slow down.
This Week's Quote to Ponder:
“Once you've committed yourself to something, pace yourself to the finish line.” - Meb Keflezighi
Until next week,
LET'S GO BE UNCOMMON!
