Saving Time
Dear Uncommon Leaders,
Hope you have enjoyed a nice weekend!
As you look ahead to the coming week, continue being intentional with your time.
Be uncommon this week! 👊
This Week's Question:
Do you frequently look for creative ways to save time?
This Week's Challenge:
As we’ve discussed in previous weeks, time is one of the few resources we can’t get more of—once it’s spent, it’s gone. That’s why smart leaders are always looking for ways to save it.
Saving time isn’t about cutting corners—it’s about eliminating distractions, streamlining tasks, and designing systems that free up energy for what matters most.
A few simple ways to start:
- Automate routine processes
- Delegate what others can do
- Batch similar tasks
- Bundle activities. For example; listen to an audio book while exercising
- Say no to things that don’t align with your goals or priorities
Saving time today creates margin for growth tomorrow. Your challenge is to see where you can buy back an hour of time this week.
This Week's Quote to Ponder:
“Don’t count the hours—make the hours count.”
Until next week,
LET'S GO BE UNCOMMON!
