Who is Your Go To?

This Week's Question:

Who is someone you look up to that you can go to for advice, influence, challenge and encouragement?

This Week's Challenge: 

Leadership and life are challenging. I can’t imagine trying to move forward through it all without people I can learn and grow from. My friend Mark was one of those people. When things got challenging for me, he was always someone I could call or go to lunch with and he would help me think things through. Sometimes he would just sit, listen and encourage me and sometimes he would challenge me to step it up.  Who does that for you? Who can you go to in order to gain wisdom to help you make a difficult decision? Who challenges you to be your best? We all need these people in our lives if we want to pursue our potential.

This week, your challenge is to either begin searching for someone to help you, like Mark helped me, or go spend time with that person if they’re already in your life.
