When was the last time you slowed down enough to notice?

We’re taking a quick break from our series on effective delegation because something has been on my heart this week.

While out for a run the other day, I decided to leave the headphones behind—no podcast, no music, no noise. And something surprising happened:

I noticed more. 🍂

The trees, just past peak color, were still bursting with beauty. The sun was shining. Birds were singing.

It’s the same route I run often, but it felt different this time—because I was present.

Isn’t that how life works sometimes?

We race from one thing to the next and miss the wonder right in front of us—our families, our friendships, the rhythm of laughter, a beautiful sunset, the gift of breath in our lungs.

Your challenge this week:

Take a moment. Just one moment.

Be still. Notice something beautiful. Give thanks for something small you usually overlook. Marvel a little.

This season has a way of reminding us: Gratitude and awareness don’t require big things—just open eyes and a willing heart.

Let’s make this a Thanksgiving to remember —not because of what we do, but because of what we notice. 🦃🍁
