Final Week of the Year

Dear Uncommon Leaders,

We hope you all had a great Christmas!

As we close out 2025, take some time to rest and reflect. 🗓💭

Have a great final week of the year!

This Week's Question:

What will you do with your last week of 2025?

This Week's Challenge:

The final week of the year always gets me thinking.

I reflect on the uniqueness of the year that’s passed and what I want to be different in the year ahead. That’s probably where my mind will be this week.

But I’m also realizing this: sometimes, all our planning and visioning as leaders can crowd out something just as important—rest and gratitude.

You made it through another year. That’s worth celebrating.

Not everything went perfectly—but you showed up, led through challenges, and made an impact.

Your challenge this week:

Before you rush to plan 2026, pause.

Celebrate the year you just completed.

Take some time—guilt-free—to rest, reflect, and simply be present.

Leadership growth isn’t just about pushing harder. It’s also about knowing when to recover.

Here’s to rest that refuels you and reflection that refines you.

Happy New Year—and I look forward to pursuing Uncommon together in 2026! 👊
