Often, I have to set reminders on my phone to check data or set aside time in my calendar to investigate a numbers issue. It’s a big part of our responsibility as leaders to achieve great results.

Your challenge this week is to tune in to a result you’ve been chasing. Dive into some data, ask a few questions, observe your team and coach as necessary. Let’s go pursue uncommon results!
