Q4 Goals and Finishing Strong

Dear Uncommon Leaders,

Hope you all enjoyed your weekend and are not only ready for a new week, but a new season! Welcome (tomorrow) to Fall! 🍁🍂

As the year begins to wind down, remember you still have time to reach your goals.

Have a great week!

This Week's Question:

What is one thing you want to achieve before the end of the year?

This Week's Challenge:

Q4 is almost here. Just three months left in 2025.

Whether you set goals back in January or not, the clock is ticking—and there’s still time to make meaningful progress.

Most of us want to finish the year with satisfaction, not regret. But that won’t happen by accident.

Your challenge this week:

Get clear on one thing you want to accomplish or improve before the year ends.

  • What unfinished goal needs a push?
  • What habit needs to be reset?
  • What project deserves your focus?

Write it down. Share it with someone. Start moving.

Don’t let 2025 get away from you. It’s time for the year-end push.

What’s your one thing?

Let’s go be Uncommon.

This Week's Quote to Ponder:

"Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out." - Robert Collier

Until next week,

LET'S GO BE UNCOMMON!
