Run the Day
Dear Uncommon Leaders,
Hope you all had a great weekend and were able to take some time to get refreshed for the week ahead.
Be intentional this week in all you do. Go be uncommon! ⤴️
This Week's Question:
What would your week look like if you led it on purpose instead of letting it lead you?
This Week's Challenge:
Too often, leaders get swept into the current of urgent tasks, reactive decisions, and constant demands. But uncommon leadership doesn’t happen by accident—it’s the result of intentional choices.
Before the week begins, take a few minutes to set your focus. Ask yourself: What do I need to make progress on? Who do I need to invest in? Where do I need to show up more fully?
This week, don’t just manage your calendar—master it. Block time for your priorities, not just your obligations. Lead a meeting with clarity and energy. Have the one conversation you’ve been putting off. Encourage someone who doesn’t expect it.
The difference between common leadership and uncommon leadership often lies in the leader’s willingness to act with purpose and intention and not just responding to whatever the day or week throws at us.
Take the reins of your week and make it uncommon!
This Week's Quote to Ponder:
“Either you run the day or the day runs you.” Jim Rohn
Until next week,
LET'S GO BE UNCOMMON!
