This Week's Question:

Do you seek to intentionally learn something each week?

This Week's Challenge: 

Sometimes I’ll randomly, unexpectedly learn something by chance. We should count ourselves fortunate when this happens because any way we learn can be helpful.

The most learning I experience, however, is when I go looking to learn. Maybe I’m investigating a problem or seeking information to help with something that I’m stuck on, but when I seek to learn, I usually do.

What is it you need to learn this week? Will it require some investigating, some study or even some hands-on work? Your challenge is to intentionally seek to learn something this week because a leader who learns is a leader who grows.
