The WOW in Your Busines
Dear Uncommon Leaders,
Hope you have all enjoyed your Labor Day Weekend!
As always, be uncommon this week in all you do!
This Week's Question:
Where’s the wow in your business?
This Week's Challenge:
Extreme customer loyalty. Long-term staff retention. Raving fans.
These things don’t happen by accident—they’re caused by wow moments.
Too often, leaders get stuck in the cycle of running the day-to-day and forget to step back and ask:
What’s unique about our business?
What surprises and delights our customers and team?
That’s where the wow lives.
But here’s the truth: we don’t ask those questions often enough, which means we miss out on powerful ideas just waiting to be surfaced.
Your challenge this week:
Host a meeting with your team solely focused on brainstorming ways to bring more wow—to your customers and your employees. It doesn’t need to be big or expensive. Sometimes, the wow is in the small things: unexpected recognition, personal touches, above-and-beyond moments, or meaningful connection.
Somewhere in your team, there’s likely an uncommon idea waiting to create extraordinary loyalty.
Go find it. Go wow somebody this week. 🤯⚡️
Let’s go be Uncommon.
This Week's Quote to Ponder:
“People will forget what you said, forget what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel.” - Maya Angelou
Until next week,
LET'S GO BE UNCOMMON!
